As Squidoo Prohibition of free speech, how would you react?
Squidoo has recently begun a ban on many issues and content to demonstrate efforts to suppress free expression, including freedom of commercial expression. In an attempt to reduce spam, Squidoo adopted policies draconian took to throw the baby with the bathwater. He is mistaken as a founder of Squidoo, Seth Godin is a successful and respected marketer online.
Squidoo has jailed thousands of lenses on a variety of chat. Squidoo censors content with spam "a" filter SquidDon't they call the filter.
Squidoo has adopted an authoritarian approach, dictating what can and can not be written on your site. This is clearly censorship that marks the end of freedom of expression on Squidoo. This is even more disturbing because of prohibitions Squidoo issues for its members while at the same issues that will be published on Squidoo, but only through affiliate programs and arrangements established by Squidoo.
It is important to explore this hypocrisy. Through partnerships with Amazon, eBay and other companies, allows any screen lensmaster Squidoo articles and topics that prohibits members from posting directly. What happens is their own evolution violates Squidoo Squidoo TOS each time you do.
For example, Squidoo has the audacity to include most of affiliate programs and other legitimate activities are anathema for them. The truth is Squidoo derives much of its revenue from affiliate programs.
Encourages Squidoo affiliate programs with Amazon.com, eBay and other companies. With Squidoo, hawks Amazon an almost unlimited number of X-Rated movies and books and yes, Squidoo lets you diet pills and paraphernalia of the loss weight, memories of mass murder, "with thousands of other items on eBay.
Through an agreement with eBay Squidoo lensmasters to show and sell memories such stellar personalities as Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy. However, censorship on Squidoo will not allow its members to publish directly to a loss goal weight or to play texas holdem poker.
Here are some examples of content Squidoo prevents its members to publish a target: subjects with marketing affiliate, weight loss, diet, health products, cards, cash, debt, credit cards, mortgages, currency exchange, Forex, ring tones, the lentils adults, lyrics and more.
The hypocrisy is that all these themes and issues are and are allowed provided by any affiliate or referral systems in place to benefit Squidoo. These include Amazon, eBay, Google Adsense, Cafepress, Kontera and others.
While Squidoo mocks you as a spammer, swindler and affiliate marketing, are being published and the promotion of the same information and products through their own affiliate programs and guidance.
Thus, while many traders and bloggers to suggest ways to deal with a blockage Squidoo, I will give the best advice on how to respond to Squidoo censorship. My advice is to always leave Squidoo. You do not need to Squidoo. Squidoo need.
You should not consent to Squidoo political censorship. No reason to jump through hoops to meet Squidoo's ban on their freedom of expression. If your goal was blocked by Squidoo, found guilty and now are asked to prove his innocence. After dealing with censorship thresholds, we will force to write a letter explaining why your goal should be open Squidoo.
I'm sensitive to that quoted in Squidoo writing and marketing activities, but I still think that there is no reason to get under the aversion Squidoo to freedom of expression. Why deal with hypocrisy and grief? There are countless other vehicles when the content will be allowed.
In my Squidoo Review made a mistake by limiting freedom of expression. My prediction is that Squidoo eventually recognize their mistake when they realize the writers, bloggers and sellers do not need all Squidoo. Squidoo need. It might be too late, but because many people of goodwill have occurred elsewhere where freedom of expression is welcomed, respected and accessible to all.
